Refurbishment of 98 bedrooms and bathrooms together with all public areas. The works included replacement of the plumbing, heating and air condition infrastructure.
The Francis Hotel in Bath is a beautiful, Georgian townhouse, originally built in 1728. Having just undergone an extensive refurbishment, the Grade 1 listed building now boasts vibrant interiors, lavish decor and inviting, eye catching colour variations.
The refurbishment transformed the Francis Hotel into an exciting and special hotel full of charm and style. The hotel was closed for 18 weeks whilst Zenith completed the refurbishment of 98 bedrooms and en-suites together with the public areas consisting of reception, restaurant, bar and lounge.
Overall, the refurbishment of the hotel has been sensitively and sympathetically planned to ensure that the original properties, with their many rooms, corridors, nooks and crannies retained their identity.
